We do not collect any personal information directly through our mobile applications for login or registration purposes. User accounts are created and managed exclusively through our secure web portal at https://erp.edmatix.com/login, which is accessible only to organizations that are officially partnered with Edmatix Information Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Once a user accesses the portal, they may add and configure their own account details. After successful configuration by the organization’s administrator, users will have access to their personalized account within the mobile app, enabling them to utilize its various features. All account data entered through the portal is managed directly by the respective organization and is subject to their internal data policies.

b) Device Information

We collect your device ID solely for the purpose of delivering push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). This identifier is not used for advertising or shared with unauthorized third parties.

c) Log Data

We do not collect any log data from your device through our applications. No diagnostic, usage, or error log information is gathered or stored by Edmatix Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. directly. Please note that third-party SDKs integrated within our apps (such as Firebase Crashlytics) may independently collect minimal technical data in the event of a crash; this is governed by their respective privacy policies as listed in Section 4.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our services
• To improve app functionality and overall user experience
• To send push notifications, including alerts, announcements, and reminders
• To ensure the security of our platform and prevent misuse

Our apps do not use cookies directly. However, third-party SDKs integrated within our apps may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to collect information and improve their services. Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
